Just had a solid conservatory roof installed by CRS after months of researching all the various systems on the market. We wanted a timber structure as metal/aluminium structures can sweat causing damp, we also wanted the highest U-values possible. Our south facing 20 year old 6x3 lean-to with polycarbonate roof was totally unusable in all seasons. We went for a double hipped solid roof which has lifted our ceiling a further 1m complete with Tapco slate tiles. The transformation is stunning and the whole conservatory looks new again. A big thank you to Chris and Rick the installers. I’m a project manager within the building industry and their attention to detail/finish was first class.. I wish that my contractors worked at the same high standard. All in all the installation has surpassed my expectations and the cost in relation to other ‘like for like’ systems was very competitive too. "Top class company" We appointed CRS to rework our aged conservatory with new windows and door and a solid insulated roof to replace the thermally inefficient polycarbonate roof. We are so glad we did. From an initial enthusiastic consultation with Richard all the way through the survey, planning and construction process lead by installers Chris and Rich, CRS have proved themselves highly capable and professional. "A positive experience!" On the recommendation of my sister and brother-in-law having had their conservatory roof replaced by CRS and seeing the result, my husband and I decided it would be the perfect solution for us. The conservatory roof had been leaking and we had found it to be too cold in winter and too hot in summer. I was concerned that a tiled roof would make our lounge, being an inner room, rather dark and gloomy but how wrong could I have been! The velux windows are amazing, the sun streams through and more importantly, it is now a warm, quiet, useable all year round room and feels very much part of the house. It took 5 working days to complete, plus the plasterer and electrician, both men very professional and friendly. What an amazing working partnership the 2 fitters had! So professional, so hard working and so very pleasant! They arrived promptly each morning, knowing exactly what they wanted to achieve each day and continually cleaned up. I couldn’t fault them! Also Richard was delightful. All in all, a very positive experience from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

"Outstanding" We wanted to replace our old polycarbonate roof on our conservatory as it was way past it's time. It was freezing in winter and boiling in summer and not a usable space at all. We did some research and came across CRS. From the minute we met Richard to the end of the job everything was superb. Richard listened to what we wanted and it was delivered. The price was also extremely reasonable and competitive. The craftmanship and the attention to detail is outstanding. The lads were extremely professional and meticulous, and tidied up every day. We also had a privacy wall added and a set of doors removed and replaced with a wall and a window, and it looks great! We now have a functional, usable room that enhances the look of our house and we could not be more pleased. The finished roof far exceeds our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend CRS.
