“A positive experience!”
On the recommendation of my sister and brother-in-law having had their conservatory roof replaced by CRS and seeing the result, my husband and I decided it would be the perfect solution for us. The conservatory roof had been leaking and we had found it to be too cold in winter and too hot in summer. I was concerned that a tiled roof would make our lounge, being an inner room, rather dark and gloomy but how wrong could I have been! The velux windows are amazing, the sun streams through and more importantly, it is now a warm, quiet, useable all year round room and feels very much part of the house. It took 5 working days to complete, plus the plasterer and electrician, both men very professional and friendly. What an amazing working partnership the 2 fitters had! So professional, so hard working and so very pleasant! They arrived promptly each morning, knowing exactly what they wanted to achieve each day and continually cleaned up. I couldn’t fault them! Also Richard was delightful.
All in all, a very positive experience from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
